I’ve been working for the company for several years now. I had an interview, and the communication immediately left only a positive impression. Since this was my first official job in game development, I was very worried about how the company would treat me, but my fears were in vain. The main advantage here is the people: responsive, patient, ready to help and explain something for the third time in a row :) Such colleagues want to match and grow with them. And the company itself encourages my personal skills development by providing the opportunity to take courses that will be very useful in my future.

I chose Jam Style quite randomly, after seeing a vacancy on one of the gamedev resources. And now I'm staying because I see that people here share common values, and the company is growing in the volume and complexity of projects. In this team, I found a cool manager for myself, with whom I feel comfortable working, from whom I try to gain experience as well.
